    Try change your graphics settings befor you start the game.. Everything to low or high, depends on what you have now... Then you can change it back when you are online

    You don't have enough DEX in your build so that every time you load up the game, your computer keep on missing the packages from the server due to your low accuracy.
    Suggestion : add more to DEX and get a better computer
