Level 3 Tailor - Barb

Hello guys,

To get to level 2 I made a whole heap of cheap armor and decompressed most of it.

Now I have created 5 Mithril Plates, 5 Ring Mail, 5 Necro Robe and some wrist and boots.

But the % hasn't gone up to complete lvl 3.

To get lvl3, do I have to start producing Hard Rim Muslin fabric to progress?

    You need to produce the armour of the right level to gain crafting xp. You need to craft items that need a minimum of level 2 tailoring to make, otherwise, you will not gain crafting xp

    From what I can see it is all lvl2 crafting needed..

    Try to get silk thread.. Have attacked 20 Ghouls and not 1 drop

    If you level is too high/low for the mob, the drop rate is significantly nerfed

    20? That's nothing. Crafting materials are quite rare.

    Other than that, check e.g. here to find droppers with appropiate level.

    Once you get to level 3, don't just start making items for level 4. You need to complete a lvl 50 quest to get to level 4, and that quest requires you to make a SPECIFIC set of items to hand in. Making random items will just waste your materials. Note that these items need to be 2-star items.

    You can, of course, create these in advance and store them.

    Ahhh. Starting to make some sence.. I just picked the same level mob to my own level(21)

    Well.. All this time I thought you had to buy a kitty shop with your real money..

    I added slik thread, purified oil to the wanted section but blow me down I got some...

    YAY!!!

    I am having the same problem: I have gone to the Elder and got level 3 to learn, manufactured a couple of level 3 armors and even a level 4 armor and some hard rim muslin, but I have NOT moved the bar at all to get credit for all this. Is this a glitch? If so, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible, because people are going to be wasting materials and getting angry about it.

    Or is there something else I need to do besides go to the elder and get the next level approved, and manufacture the items?

    Okay, so my mistake was I should have been making level 5 stuff requiring level 3 skill. Went to Archosaur and did that. The bar still did not move! However, when I pressed R and looked at my tailor skill there, the total (n/30) had moved up two for the two items I manufactured.

    What this seems to boil down to is that for some reason the bar on the screen you get when you manufacture stuff at the tailor (which should fill in green as you progress) is not filling in, which appears to be a bug.

    Needs fixing.

    I had no trouble once I worked ok what to look for..

    You need to look for what tailor level you need, not the level of the armor

    Hello I am called ImFOXIE in the game. I am a Veno. And I have been upgrading my tayloring skills.. and have done upto lev 2.. went to elder he upgraded me to make level 3 items.. But Im unable to get points when im making level 3 items why?? I have wasted 5 sets of mats.. which are hard to get at level 24 still it says 20/30. any advise would really help me.. Thanks Sandie

    You need to look for what tailor level you need, not the level of the armor
