Wraith's Conspiracy bug?

I am doing the level 39 quest Wraith's Conspiracy.

I have collected the 10 Spiritchase Pendants from the Tombstones but I can't get the Soulchase Pendants to drop from the Stones of Grief to save my life.

I have literally killed 30 of these things (along with equal number of tomstones and spider guys) and have yet to see a single one drop.

Please tell this is a bug? I don't want to farm 300+ of these things to get 10 quest items.

I've logged out and back in just to see if maybe I was bugged.


**EDIT**

Apparently the key to getting them to drop is to post on the forums. After posting this the next 5 mobs dropped one...each.

    Yeah, occasionally PW has surprisingly long "bad luck" streaks...
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
