FB Quest Trouble

Well, im Level 19 and got the Quest. Only Problem is...I cant find a Party aka Squad. Since i cant shout, its pretty hard to find some other Players, since it seems i need at least 4-5 Ppl. Been there with a Cleric Level 20, and we got pretty much kicked in the ****. Any1 here you could assist me? Im playing on the Heavens Tear Server, Level 19 Archer Noob.

    try asking in common chat in large cities like plume (and if you have the teleport open, arch). much more likely to find help there.
