-channeling work for archers?

I am considering making an archer but want to get my facts straight, is it true -channeling time doesnt work for archers? if not why since there skills do have channel time? if someone could let me know id appreciate it thanks

    -channeling works for any class that has channeling time on their skills (all of them)

    I will, however, say that it is next to pointless, and people will point at you and call you names.

    -Channeling works for all classes for all Skills.

    -Channeling does not have any effect on normal attacks.

    For PvE, Archers usually uses normal attacks.

    Your not a real Archer if yo don't have at least -20% channeling.

    the answer to your question is already answered but heres my thought about -channeling.

    the -chan gears are not worth it for an archer, but getting the apo pot that ignores channeling for so many seconds is pure awesome!

    Instant deadly shot mixed with STA and Aim Low and w/e else you can combine in like 4-5 attacks depending on your cast time.

    Even a instant chain of metal attacks would be deadly to any HA class.

    Stack -channelling gear.

    Spam skills ridiculously fast.

    Get one-shot.
