Rubber Band glitching while landing

This started since the update of this week, but I noticed on all my characters if I land from flying I get stuck up above and flash back and forth to the ground to being stuck above again. Kinda looks like my character is a pixel rubber band. It has also happened while I jumped onto a rock and back down and got stuck coming down.

I tried all the usual solutions (lagging - a little, but not during the rubber band effect) - (changing performance does nothing, my character still rubber bands).

    This especially happens when jumping into water from a point higher than the water's surface, there is no way to escape it save for exiting the game. The game counts you as in mid-air during the loop(rubber band) thus you can't even use town portal.
