Buff Strength

So I have ALREADY SEEN suggestions that Buffs should have a timer on them, so we can see how long they last. I'm all for that, but this is another thing to add for Buffs.

Suggestion:

I think it would be great if we can scroll over the icon under a players name and see the name of the buff AND a number next to it. The number would indicate the strength of the buff.

This would be helpful and people would be able to see what level of the buff they have.

Thoughts?

1. Buff timers have been suggested many, many times. inb4someonesays"search"
2. You can currently view the name of the buff with your suggested method, although the level is not displayed, though it shouldn't be that big of a deal

Zanryu - Dreamweaver

This could help Clerics know whether or not to buff someone. If you're a Cleric that likes randomly buffing people you could check the level of their buffs first and if they're higher than the ones you have, you could avoid someone getting angry at you for overriding their buffs. I like the idea displaying the level of buffs someone has.

I prefer what was used in a different mmo I played. If the buff the player has is higher level than the one you are trying to cast, you can't cast it.
