As much as we all want a solution, all the people you mentioned can't do sh** about it. They are not the game builders, they are moderators. They make sure we behave. The most they can do is pass it on to the people who can do something about it, and the way they will do that is DUN DUN DUUUUN! Submit a ticket

Don't blame or hate on the forum mods because they can't fix the problem, it isn't their job too. They can read, take notes, pass it on, they cannot fix the problem they are not trained to fix.

Well since we don't have the dev's celly, then her/his post is well place, they can take all these notes and deliver the msg, if they cared about the game they would.
