personal store

im sorry for asking, but a search for "personal store" came up with zero results but how do i create a personal store, im sure its simple but i dont see it anywhere :/

    It's more commonly know as a catshop

    Press E
    Mouse over some of the icons
    Click on the one that reads'consignment shop'
