This last day 14/08/2010 i buy zen in billing 8x50 dollars
I got only 3x50 dollars zen and i got in my Email 8x50 dollars transaction succes
i transfert in game 3x50 dollars = 159 golds but where is the remain ? where is 5x50 dollars ?
This service support see only 3x50 dollars but my Email and my banker in real have not a bug , where is my 265 golds ?
I have paying 8x50 dollars it's normal i want all my golds
I have post on the support AGAIN today this 17/08/2010 and have screen all need the support for see i have buy 8x50 dollars .

No point posting it here. The gm's can't help you, they have no power over that.
You need to submit a ticket, send screens, transaction information, every detail they will need. And they will deal with it. You won't get help on the forum.0 -
