bald tideborn glitch

i noticed that in my game evry tideborn but me is bald...!
can i change this by changing the graphics settings? if not how can i fix it?

one more thing there scalps are floating like an inch above there heads. lul

Doing the same for me and other people I know...tried the performance setting which didn't do a thing, played with the video settings, updated my graphic card, tried updating the game and still nothing. Still see bald tideborns everywhere. b:angry

In Settings, go to the UI tab and switch Customizations On.
