Unable to create account!

i hope this is ok 2 post but i have a friend (or 2) that have been trying to make a profile on PWI but it was saying that it is sorry but there is an error making the account. we tried 6 times but the same thing happened. if this is bad plz tell me but can someon hopefully an administrator tell me what is wrong?

    Have your friend go to http://support.perfectworld.com/ and click the Account Issues button. It will give instructions on how to submit a ticket about account creation problems.
