Toon looks different on different computers

I recently made a female assasin, because I don't really like how the male toons look. Anyways, the gender is not important, what IS the problem is that she looks different on different computers. I created her on my dad's laptop, with NO tideborn scars/tattoos on her face. However, when i log on my account from my computer and my mom's, she has this HUGE marking/scar/tideborn-tatto on her face. I did not mess with the game files. So I just wanted to know how this happened. Maybe when get a makeover scroll from the quest I can change her apparence and hopefully the scar will be gone. BUT will this character look what it looks like on my computer and my mom's? So if i go on my dad's laptop will it still be different? I dont get how this can happen.

Edit... sorry me is a nub lol i took a look the the tech support section and found a stickyed thread addressing this problem, sorry gm >.< umm ok ill look into that. lol you can delete this post if you can, because i cannot find a delete button
