i have recently dowload perfect world and i have currently been playing it for 5 weeks but last week it stopped workind and wouldnt load up the games

since then i have tried unistalling and installing the game again dosnt work still also i have filled in a ticket and still waitting for a reply after a week plz could someone help me

do the have a 24 hour helpline number or somthing

    It takes some time to the GM's to take care of the tickets since there are a lot of them. Can you please confirm that your game version is 392 ?

    Try to verify your client for corrupted files, or update your game version if you haven't already. We're on game version 392 at the moment.
