Cannot see Other's hair?

Um I was just wondering if i needed a patch or something
because when i'm looking at other players, i cannot see their hair.
When i do that click on them and their box comes up at the top of the
screen, i can see their hair, but not while standing next to them.
Is there a patch for this? or is this my computer?
Its not that big of an issue, i was just wondering. Thank You :) .

    You have customisation turned off most likely.
    I think settings - system - game settings then just click on the customisation box.
