is the Snake Isle monthly qualifier disabled ?

So after months of doing the Snake Isle dungeon race and failing , I FINALLY win the 12:30 one today b:victory but one of my friends told me the monthy race qualifier was disabled , is this true b:shocked

    The monthly race has never existed on this version of PWI.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    You can always set up a cat shop near the khatru pup selling them.


    I managed to sell one for 1mil a week ago.

    If the MONTHLY race was daily, I've got enough qualifiers to enter everyday.......
