Hello everyone, I am a new veno user and I decided to make my own build. I am going to try to make a pure fox veno. I am currently using 2 str 2 mag and 1 dex every level. I am only level 17 so far, but things seem to be going good. I am going to be throwing some vitality in there to. I use magic swords so I can use pet heal and planing on using hp+ gem stones and light armor, would like any tips. I know it is an unusual build but I like a challenge. If you have any suggestions or ways I could improve this build feel free to comment. P.S For skills I am going to focus on all fox skills.

Four things you may want to consider:
    1. Train Ironwood, it's a good way to start each fight, atleast until you can start running pierce on a pet.

    2. Change 1 point of str to 1 point of magic so you're doing 1/1/3 per level. The reason for this is that in order to use current level magic weapons you need 3 mag/level. That will still allow you to use current level LA.

    3. Out of the 4 types of magic weapons, remember to stay away from pataka's due to the lower attack rate and wands because their physical attack is horrible.

    4. In order to use current level magic weapons and LA you're already using all 5 of your stat points per level. Any vit you add is going to require you to have gear with +magic/str/dex in order to compensate and keep current on equipment. If you really want to add vit, you would be better off going for gear with +vit on it as that's better than constantly shifting stats around.

You can only change to fox while holding magic weapons (or empty handed/broken weapons) so by putting only 2 points per level into mag you will be considerably reducing your damage potential by not being able to equip a weapon your level (needs 3 mag / lvl for that). You could probably make up for that wiht good tome and + mag items but it might get rather costly (more so if you divert even more points from mag to vit)

So...my main tip would be to forget about vit at least early on and to rely on refines/gems for hp as that should make it easier to get enough mag for your level weapons. If you got the spare points later on you cna always invest in vit but more likely than not you will have enough HP from refines by than anyway.
