Question regarding "Elite Blade Charm"

I got 30 "Elite Blade Charms" after doing a quest. I wanted to add these charms to my weapon "Silver Hammer(level 3)" because the charm will add +25 Physical Attack.

How do i use these charms? I got 30 of them and don't know how to use them.

    Above your weapon icon, if you press *B* you'll see a box called *utility charm*, right click on those charms, they will be equipped there.
