Question regarding Spiritual Cultivation

My current spiritual cultivation is: Spiritual Initiate

I need to go from Spiritual Initiate to Spiritual Adept so that i can learn the "Flesh Ream" skill.

How can i accomplish this?

    At level 9 you should get pop-up message telling you to visit Miao the Taoist, he is standing behind the Lost City Elder.

    He will give you a quest to kill a certain number of mob, once completed you will get the chi/new skills.

    oops, lol. I'm a level 19 and never messed with the Elder much at all. Any idea what the quest is called? Because of what you said i guess i'll go back to the Elder and do all the quests he will give me until i get the cultivation that i need.

    doing the elder's quests will help you a lot, but in order to get the cultivation you need, you'll also want to do the Taoist's quests.

    Oh ok. Went to the taoist and am now doing the quest needed to upgrade my spiritual cultivation. thx for the help :)
