    Well... Seeing as mods are paid in imaginary currency to buy imaginary items in an imaginary game, where nothing is substancial, or real. No matter what you pay your existing mods, or how many you have, it will not affect profit. Unless... you made every player a mod lol.

    Having 20 mods instead of 10 would not affect profit enough to make a dent into their wallet. My last forum I was on, mod's got paid $20 worth of in game items a month. And there would be 70-80 new applications every month for mod positions lol. So the pay was good enough apparently.

    If this site were to follow the same pay structure, that would be an extra $200 a month to put 10 more mods to work. They make $20 a second with these tiger packs (Made ur statistic, just go with it). I don't think they would mind. While our foruming time would become much more enjoyable with the trolls being moderated (like me), and the necros being locked, and the repeat posters being warned/banned appropriately.

    Indeed, why was it open for so long? Not enough mods patrolling the forums day and night? Perhaps we need....more active and competent mods. Two days and six pages later, it is realized that *gasps* rules were broken.

    Feels to me like the mods at least give folks a chance to step and and act like grown ups by not shutting down every daft thread instantly and letting them run their course until flaming or sanity takes over.

    Unfortunately with the majority of the forums, the faith that any common sense will prevail is sadly misplaced (as noted by a certain ban hungry poster in the past hour or so) and flaming / filter circumvention is the most common cause for thread death by mod

    Mod's are volunteers and not employed by PW picked by the GM's here on these forums; therefore you can live anywhere.

    The point here is not whether the current mods are competent, but whether we need more mods.

    Agreed...tbh I the mod's were once relatively active and now all but hidden...

    I am in agreement however that 1-2 new mod's might be beneficial to these forums.
