b:pleasedSo today is the day the new Celestial Tiger something something starts, i've been looking though the items you can get with the rewards you get from the event and i was wondering.....


b:laughWhy oh Why do they have a lvl 45 cape that is better then the TT90(99?) or even most warsongs.... for just a small amount of 2k+ reward items!(insignias).

b:chuckleFor an event we will have only once a week for as far as i know (not much) once on that day, i was wondering how many people will get screwed over. (i saw a lvl30 weapon token you can get, so obviously lvl30 characters can earn these rewards or its just useless...)

    This, I haven't been able to find any information on this except it's similar to nein quest and it's once a week.

    Who knows how many reward items you get though. If #1 got like 20, it would take forever.

    Look at the celestial exchange in mailboxes. All the rewards are shown there.

    Mailboxes have a new option in them, have had them since before the Nien event came out. I can't remember what the option is called, but it shows all of this stuff.

    I thought this event had to do with the Cash shop?

    Hit 'O' and check the top right corner of that screen. There's a cash shop tab, an event tab (a gem button) and an auction tab. I thought we'd get like fake-gold that could only be used for items in the event tab??

    I don't think this is to do with the mailbox items. I think the rewards you get are from the event boutique.

    Go check the Conversion Executor in 1k, I think the one near Arch Elder also works. There are two items: Eye of the Jungle and Wild Mane Mantle. Both of those items need coins and those sage/demon shards I think.

    EDIT: you can edit the coin fee of those items. Seriously, what the hell?

    Well unless they forgot to change the event boutique to accept something besides gold (which all 4 of those flowers cost gold), then I don't think it has anything to do with that. My guess is those are the flowers you can use like the Plumetrees from Nien event. I guess they figure if people are going to use those to get ahead massively in points by glitching with them, they might as well make some money from them.

    Besides, the option in the mailboxes actually shows you can get a Celestial Tiger as a mount or a AC pet, so I can't imagine what they would be for if not that. I just wish they would give a bit more info if it is using the mailbox option, because there are two different types of currency for those, and I'd like to know if I have to aim for doing a specific part of the event to get specific ones.

    I guess we will all find out what the event is all about at 9 PM EST when the east coast servers get it... I swear it BETTER give at the very least 5-10x the rewards of nien event... if not Im gonna ****ing rage...

    Holy **** girl....I made like 60mil off the nien event in cards alone. If the event did what you're suggesting, I'd be flippin' rich AND the economy would remain instable.

    I'm just curious in how easy getting a celestial shard and celestial insignia is if they are in this event.

    Things to get:
    -A/C tiger Pet, both sage and demon. <___<
    -Mounts
    -Tidal Water, looks like a nice blessing to have.
    -Fash....demon one looks.....interesting.


    Thing that bugs me is that its only once a week....

    It's not just the flowers. It takes you to an entirely new boutique where everything is more expensive. On the bottom it says Event Credits: 0 silver. Event packs have a chance to contain a card that can be used to get Event Credits, which are also called gold/silver for whatever reason.

    Ah, I did not even notice the price change. I just saw the same stuff and assumed it reset to the original boutique. Thank you for pointing that out. b:victory

    If that is what it is for though, I don't think I'll be participating it in. The options in the mailbox are much more appeasing to me.

    Hmmm... I think maybe the tiger event will have those as a reward, and the celestial shards/insignias, and maybe prizes similar to those from the Nien event. I think the jungle ruins will also have the event cards for a reward and whatever else may be mentioned in its description (didn't care, didn't read xD)

    Wait....What? All i can manage to get are those stinking +50% exo/sp scrolls from doing the ncp wait quests as fast as i can. Even then its hard to do when people finish killing the last 5 bosses within 10 mins of the event starting.

    Its because me tiny brain dont like math. Gms only use PST(GTM?) for their times so unless we look at the forums for the time we WST/EST/A whole nother country time, have no idea what time it is.

    Chances are the celestial mats will be tradeable.

    If it goes 60k a piece (based on hyper stone prices) for the crappier mat, a cloudcharger cape will cost at least 150m with it. b:avoid

    The phrase "only the military" was referring to the US military. Thus, you can infer that I was speaking only of the US. Since almost all US citizens use 12 hour clocks outside of the military.

    Actually, right now the USA is in Daylight Saving Time, so the East Coast servers are on EDT (-4 UTC/GMT), not EST (-5 UTC/GMT). West Coast servers are also on PDT (-7 UTC/GMT) currently, not PST (-8 UTC/GMT).

    So, 9 PM EDT is 17:00 GMT, for East Coast servers, and 9 PM PDT is 14:00 GMT for West Coast servers. Drop those times one hour lower when Daylight Saving Time ends (Nov. 7, 2010).
