Jone's Blessing not opening

When I retrieve the Blessing from the mail, it doesn't open automatically anymore...Theres no way to open it manually, now I'm left with about 5 Blessing tickets that I can't even get rid of...

Any suggestions?

I'm not having this issue with my alt accounts
