Game won't launch..

I managed to launch the game before, just by hitting the start button on the update client. It'd load and the game would start. However now when i hit the start button, al i hear is a click. The bars are fully loaded before i hit start, then i hit start, hear a click, and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? How do i fix this problem?

EDIT: It says the game is already running, but I don't see it.
