Boycott TW

I have been talking with Nurfed and trying to talk with Crimson (I cannot post on their forums because I am not activated and every time i try to post new thread it asks me to log in), and I suggest we stop bidding on TW. The devs have stated that they will be monitoring TW attendance and the economy, if we can drastically alter it by not participating in their newest venture to make people cash shop more, we might be able to convince them that this new system is bogus. With the system as it is now a TW faction cannot be sustained from the "income" of mirages that has been instated and makes factions rely on cash shopping to outfit itself.

I think we need to stand together and let PWI know we are not happy with the decisions they are making. How many times have packs come back and how many times have QQ threads been posted? We have never tried to unite and show them that we will not stand for all their terrible decisions. We need to show them that the players' input is valid and needs to be listened to. If we can show them that we are united and this new system is completely unfair maybe they will start to make changes with the player in mind rather than their own pockets.

Please post here to let them know that we will not stand for them NEVER listening to players and show them that we have a voice and they need to listen to it now. For too long have we QQ and get nothing accomplished.

Yes I understand that TW is one of the most enjoyable things about this game, but if they continue along this path they will eventually change the game into one which you charge money and stare at your screen and do nothing. We need to let them know that somethings should be earned in a game not purchased through the boutique.

There's no point complaining to the GMs. They have absolutely no control whatsoever in terms of game mechanics (despite however much they try to argue otherwise).

On a side note, last time I checked, PWI profit makes up for less than 5% of PW-Beijing's total profit. Even if PWE dropped PWI entirely, nothing will really change much for PW-Beijing.

Of course there is a good point on complaining, but I think this boycott should be established on every server. The developers would take the boycott as a strong suggestion that the TW system should be revamped again.
I've worked on the video game industry, and as u say, PWI is not the main pillar of the PWE-Beijing company, but as a branch of it, there is a full staff dedicated to costumer satisfaction and we as so, have a voice.

Unlike / Unfan PWI on facebook as a protest. Stop charging gold. I doubt that boycotting TW will work, since the company probably wont care about TW participation (as long as the cash cow is still mooing).

As we see, PWI made our life in game more harder, TT33 need do mobs, Nirvana all boss seal and random agro, TW no salary with some f..king mirages,,,DQ down price, are they kidding us??

The only thing gives fun for lvl 100+ is TW time, okie if someone say we need fun so we dont care about funds, so you will let them take advantages and they will not stop to make benefits more from gamers...

Well.. I know for sure I'm angry too with the new TW thing, but the GM's can't do anything about it. They just follow the Beijing w/e ppl.. It's not actually up to them. But I will do my small little part and unlike them on Facebook >_>
Btw, you said talk to Crimson, what exactly is there to talk about? :S I don't think we'll be able to stop TWing every week cuz the smaller factions always bid on us as well as PengWINS so TW won't stop sadly. We have no one to bid on anyways. Just defending. It's a good idea, but tbh, not bidding on TW's will do nothing. I think the only thing they may consider changing is the stupid font thing... but other than that, looks like we're stuck with mirages and charmless TW's. Only time will tell when people start quitting and they start losing the big $ will they consider changing it back to normal.

Unfortunately I don't think it will matter to the devs because TW isn't a money making machine to them like the packs are anyway.

Boycott the cash shop/ boutique. It is the ONLY way to get noticed.

Best way to boycott cash shopping is to start small, by stopping people from needing to buy charms. How many charms every week get bought specifically for TW? now think of how much RL money it took to supply all of those. Sure, maybe you bought it with in game coin, but someone had to cash shop it. Lets take any large TW faction for example. TW charms alone its roughly $350 for 1 day. they obviously have an opponent, thats $700. TW twice atleast that weekend $1400.....thats just for 2 guilds to face each other for 1 week.

Also im sure if there was any fear from the GMs that this might actualy happen and cause them any kinda problem it would have been locked away in the lower depths by now.
