I was looking at a build calculator and noticed some necklaces which appear to be quest rewards from a Tideborn Agent NPC. I looked it up in the PWI Database and went to the coords in Archosaur but could not find any such NPC?
Do they still exist, and can anyone advise where they actually are please?
