Quick question about sage seals

Namely the elemental and dimensional. Does the sage version only increase the duration, or does it also increase the percentage from the 30% lvl10 gives?

Found a bargain but don't feel like blowing any cash at all if its the latter.

    35% elemental
    40% dimensional

    same with the demon version
