Problems with Screenshotting and Wizard Skill Distance Shrink

So here is my problem, whenever i try to screenshot or use Distance Shrink i get the Unknown error message. Any solutions? i have tried reinstalling the game and it doesnt work.

    You might want to try verify the client as well check your PWI/Elements folder for your sceenshots as for your other problem I am not sure about that.
