Zen Transfer issues

I purchased some zen that i wanted to give to my character on Dreamweaver server but for some reason it won't allow me to chose dreamweaver. It is only letting me chose the harshland server which i have characters on yes. How can i get it to let me chose my dreamweaver characters? The dreamweaver characters are on the same account as my harshlands characters thats why it makes no sense. I was told this was a better place to post so yeah.

    Our logs indicate that this issue is resolved for you. This typically happens when you have an older version of the website cached on your computer. The quick fix it to clear your cache and cookies for our website and then restart your computer. Please let us know if you need anything further.

    Yeah thanks, I think i may have forgotten to post stating that it was resolved when i figured out what was going on.
