Was thinking it may be a good time for the dev's and gm's to do something before their profit margins take a huge **** thanks to Blizzard's big release a few days ago. Maybe some free random give'a'ways? Something maybe conducive to the game? Maybe some new instances? Or maybe some x2 drops? Something to say "Hey Thanks for playing our game and not ditching us for the new RTS release!" Maybe?
Apparently its more difficult to milk a smurf than originally conceived..

    Buddy, you cannot compare MMO games and RTS ones. Besides, people are entitled to do what they want, beit the gamers or companies.

    You want freebies under the pretense that PWI should, under your terms, go for a 'We have to fight against X company' campaign? Let me try to analyze your point and counter it.

    PWI are multiplying promotions and sales (as RedsRose shown earlier) right now.
    ...And then overtly claiming/implying that 'having to counter a new product from another company' is a sign of weakness.
    A competent brand got to constantly innovate and keep its customers (and ideally draw new ones in), not waiting for external factors to act, then apologizing for the mess and giving free trinkets to everyone to not lose cash shoppers (stuff I witnessed in another MMO company).

    PWI has been quite constant in its marketing ways and game developing. This will not change.
    I am glad there are GMs that solve troubles happening everyday. You will not find that everywhere.

    Now I reckon there may be bugs and glitches that have been around for a while and stuff we are still waiting for, among other flaws.
    There are people looking for PWI's fall as well.
    And then? The game is still going strong. If they like to play RTS games or FPS or console games as well as PWI in their spare time, what's the problem?

    I am not rude like that usually but I will claim that your suggestion is plain ridiculous, especially because you are waiting for gifts and rushed-up new content.
