OK im stuck in this one spot in hidden heroes village and its really upsetting me.

    If that is a female character, you can try to request that a nearby male try to pick you up and out of there or...you can try using town portal perhaps?

    It's probably the rubberband trap. They are spreading b:shocked If you can't fly and aren't a girl, you'll have to get a GM to help because the rubberband trap doesn't allow the use of skills, jumping or running.

    if you have some gold, buy yourself a teleport essence (to teleport to nearest town outwith town portal timer) or teleport stone (to teleport to anywhere you have an open teleport from where you currently are)
