Game unable to start,(With weird Symbols)

Sent a ticket a couple of days ago. they gave a solution.
Either my video card/chipset are corrupted or not installed.
Although i have been searching and searching for the drivers i can't yet to find them.Anyone can help?

Also I've recently updated my desktop to Windows 7 Ultimate. Before it worked properly no weird symbols or anything but after, It began doing so. I can show pictures of my dxdiag if it helps.

Although i think the DirectX Options shouldn't say "Not available" i think as I've seen other screeny's of them saying "disable" or something similar.

If any more information is needed please let me know and please help resolve this issue D: ,

    I'm not too sure but try reinstalling the game as a admin that fixed my problem.

    Your error says:

    Graphics card must be able to map at least two texture layers.

    According to your DXDiag log, you do not have any drivers installed for your video card/chipset, or they were not properly installed/are corrupted.

    Please consult your system or video card manufacturer's support website to obtain the latest drivers for your system.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I tried reinstalling twice actually. didn't work.

    I'm not sure what is wrong with my graphics card..Before i got win7 installed it worked fine.

    Also i can't seem to find any driver downloads aswell. And when i do. They say that they are all up to date also.

    Well, unfortunately I can't find anything called "Presario 061" on Compaq's website, but since you've got more information on your system you might have better luck searching for it there. That being said, the reason your video card worked fine before installing Windows 7 is because the drivers for Windows 7 aren't the same as the drivers for whatever your old operating system was, and the same drivers won't work. I'm not sure if Compaq has Windows 7 drivers for your system, but if they don't you will need to find out what model the video card is and then go to either ATI or NVidia's website (depending on the card) and download drivers from there.
