Cant purchase my Zen.. :( Help?

I recently got a prepaid Visa card, with 20$ on it. I typed everything in, and when I finally click 'Confirm', it says:

"You can not use your credit/debit card for the next 24 hours.
This restriction cannot be lifted manually by you or our service team. Please return to the website of the Merchant where you will receive further instructions"

So, does this mean I cant use this? Or am I blocked from using this particular card until 24 hours? Please help =[

    That is a Moneybookers specific error. To resolve your issue, you will need to contact them directly and ask them how to resolve this. Once they help you do so, your ability to use this payment method should return to normal.
