bank pass log problem

now this could just be a problem between chair and keyboard but either way i need help.

yesterday i decided my bank password was too simple so i changed it. i also figured because i could forget it to put it up in notepad. so i write it down in notepad copy past it into the bank change password section .. goes through smoothly... i copy paste new pass into log in bank.. wonderful.. still works smoothly. i try same thing later to put stuff in there... that's when my problem started. no luck. ok np just type it instead.. erm.. nope... ok try old password.. nope.. maybe re-log?... no luck. send in ticket. waited for 2 days so now im coming here leaving the ticket up.. hope will get answered by Monday.

i don't know the problem.. so does anyone know a solution to this small problem of mine? and ty b:surrenderb:laugh

    Other than that, the Bank password is rather pointless, as an attacker will have to be on your account already. I always use my birthday, hard to forget, and works whether the game uses "PIN"s (digits only) or alphanumeric. But 0000 would be just as safe. Or none at all.
