I have accounts suspended for _____. It's been a few days since I sent the ticket and I have had no response. Can I talk to a GM please?

    Be patient and wait longer. They deal with many tickets every day and -will- get to yours eventually.
    Somewhat retired from PWI, now playing Hellgate Global full time
