Time Zones?

I am on Eastern Standard Time and was wondering if the servers that say eastern are pertaining to my time zone. Probably a silly question, but am new and would like to coincide with people that are more likely to be in my time zone.

    Yes, there are east and west coast servers.

    Thank you. Hopefully I went with eastern server. Can't remember or tell til maint. is over. lol
