faction logos......

does any one know how long it takes for a faction logo to be put up once the request has
been made? my customer service ticket says it's a "work in progress", but it's said that since
early saturday morning lol.....

    Well, the average ticket time is 3-5 business days...

    Also, I believe the Faction logo's need a maintenance in order to be put in/on.

    Wait and see...there should be maintenance tonight if they are keeping with their regular Tuesday schedule.

    1. it won't be applied until an update.

    2. it won't be applied at an update until there is enough of them in the "queue" to be applied.

    (For some reason they will only do them in batches with a minimum number requirement.) ((Which is REALLY stupid if you ask me, but hey, I'm not a dev.))

    ah ok. thanks guys, that answers my question! lol i hope they do keep with there tuesday schedule haha. and yeah that is kinda dumb that they wait until there are enough logos to put up. but i guess it makes sence as to why they would wait till they have enough...
