Can't login on City of Lost

Hey what's up Perfect World.
I was playing a few minutes ago and suddenly me and a friend got disconnected.
My brother who is behind a router with me CAN login right now.
I do not know for sure if he was playing at the time of disconnect since he is vague so asking him doesn't change a thing.

The bottom line is, we where playing and got disconnected at the same time.
Now it says we are still logged in on the server and we cannot play.
(account already logged in)

Obviously there where no mods or anything in the process related.
Fair game and sudden disconnect and now we cannot login.
I am pretty sure this is not an update or any way of connection problem on our ends.

Perfect world, do you experience the same?
If so, Perfect world management, how can this be solved?

(PS: I am 100% that there is no way of multi-client any way that could cause this)
(PPS: I am 100% sure my account is only accessable my me and only me)

    it's not 2012 yet.

    you got DC, and now you get the message that you're still connected. sh*T happens.
    Now you have 2 options:

    1. go back to login window, enter username and password an then check that box on the left for "Force login" or something like taht.
    2. wait about 10 minutes

    loll I guess and there is no such thing as force login.
    I was kinda wondering if it stayed that way but appearantly not.

    Ignore above message I declare this ISSUE solved.

    Glad it worked out for you, and there is a Force Login button.
