How do I look for a team?

Hello, I'm a Perfect World newb and I have a question.
How do I look for a team? I was just in game and I saw somone with a tag above their head with their class name, level, and looking for squad in it, and I want to know how he did that.
I tried asking in game but didn't get a reply.
Also is their some sort of search window for teams? another mmo I played had one but I don't think PWI does.

    Press T and at the bottom where it says Slogan, tick the box next to it. If you wish to show class and level, tick the box next to Show class and level. Then click on Change.
