How to stalk someone in game

okie if u want to find somebody without asking heres how

if they are in your friend's list, right click their name and refresh the info it tells you what town they in. go to that town and press t it brings up the nearby players window. click theyre name and then right click on their picture and click follow! :) i did this to my ex all the time haha wish they had the stalk feature in my other game b:chuckle

    And of course this would only work for assassins who have the ability to use stealth and hide from their stalkee, because everybody else would be spotted and you'd then quite possibly be reported for potential harassment.

    xD I was in a guild once, way back... and we were having a problem with a member pking people that he shouldn't have been, so I did exactly this and just stayed flying in the sky above him so that I could catch him in the act and got an ss

    That said, you can still spot that small golden square getting closer and closer to you on the minimap (since she talked about already being on the victim's friend list). Oh well, nothing's perfect.

    ... Very, very true. And the square isn't necessary golden either, if you change the group colour. (Which I believe you can do with your friends group as well as any others you create? o.O )

    I don't imagine a golden/cyan/lime green/red square as being very inconspicuous.

    Stalking some one? Oh please. I've stalked people on several occasions , on my archer that is. For example one time I stalked some kid from yakuza that kept mailing me bs for about a half an hour on an almost daily basis just to kill him. Stalking ppl is a piece of cake.
    I don't care how old or young you are, how small your **** is, how much of a nerd irl you are or how depressed you are that you never will get laid. There is no reason to act like an A-hole to everyone on an mmorpg. Its a shame that I have to take time out of my day to tell people "stop being an A-hole". So I end with this, if your acting like an A-hole, and some one tells you your being an A-hole chances are your being an A-hole.

    If you are trying to find someone from a WC or something right click their name and leave the menu up.

    If the "trade" button is disabled then they are not nearby... run around until it's enabled, then hit "follow" to run up to them.

    Basically that trade button is like a radar to check if they are near you can leave up.

    Really, it's not like these features are unknown to most players. They're there for a reason, i use them to basically figure out if someone's busy before i pm them or if they're close enough that asking them for help would not be too much of an imposition. Ofc there's a great deal of difference in between using this as a tool to help you better respect other people's privacy and to use it as means to actually breach it.

    Stalking is a form of harrasment...
