Oracle Quests // 39+lvl skills

Hello,

I have used the search button but couldnt find what i look for...
if it is exist forgive me...

1) Oracle...

I have seen a guy selling oracle II books..

i have some questions about that...
*) how many tims can i do that quest?
forever? it gives 15k EXP
*) how can i find Oracle Books?
i see the guy have 40+ books.. is that book find? or made? if its maden where can i make it? or if this book drop. which mob drops it...

2) About Skills..

i have reached 39 lvl. made my Spiritual quests (bh39 etc).. go to wizard trainer.. and i cant learn the new quests? what must i do to learn them?
(enough exp / enough spirit)

    You can do Oracles as many times as you have them, no limits. The books drop from monsters but it's best to buy from another player.

    As for your level 39 skills, you either don't have enough spirit or money, or you forgot to kill yourself.

    You can do the Oracle quests as many times as you like provided you are the right level to do it. Oracle IIs have a requisite of L35.

    I believe the Spiritual Cultivation at around L39 requires you to die to progress as odd as that sounds.

    2. Die.
    Not joking. You literally have to die. The quest will disappear from your quest box and will not re-appear again until you die. It is possible to either a. die to mobs (You will lose exp) or else have someone kill you inside the arena. The arenas can be accessed from any of the major cities. If you don't know how to get in, ask someone. You could also attack someone and let them kill you (failed Pk...) to get the quest continuation. Don't worry, in that case both the attacker and the attackee are not penalized with red name.

    3. Speak to the Ghost Spirit (336, 904) Broken Plain
    4. Report to The Celestial One (469, 568) Heaven's Tear
    Choose one:
    -Choice 1: Superior Stormseeker Charm (P.Atk +60)
    -Choice 2: Superior Charged Charm (M.Atk +70)
    -Reward (SP: 49000 Rep: 40)

    Cultivation Rank changed to "Aware of Discord"

    5. Continue on to quest "New Missions"
