Jones' Blessing?

I may be a little late and forgive me if there is another post about this, I looked but wasn't able to find it. I've been doing the Facebook thing since it came out, to get Jones' Blessing, and my blessing ran out recently. Haven't been able to get another one since. Is there a limitation I am unaware of? Because I get the ticket in my inventory, and it just sits there, not turning into a blessing. I've tried about 3 times, and it still wont change. Any information on this? I really miss my high attacks b:surrender
