Help with Jones' Blessing Ticket !!!

Can someone tell me what is this "Jones' Blessing Ticket" is? it said " this ticket is used to gain Jolly Old Jones' Blessing", but somehow, when i got this out of the mail, i cant equip it or use it. i tried relog, right click, npc it, but nothing work ! any idea? is it gonna sit there in my inv forever?

    As it enters your inva, it starts a quest giving you the blessing. Maybe full quest list?

    He/she also needs two free inventory spaces.

    Barb must be in Human form to equip Blessings. If that applies may just be the Problem.b:bye

    I got my Jones blessing ticket today and cant use it I've tried everything and still nothing. b:sad Please help me figure out what I am suppose to do.

    1. go on this web site and log in Facebook app, chose server and character, and it will send blessing in the game.

    2. log in the game, wait for safety lock to be disable, open mail box and read the new mail.

    3. Take the item in the GM mail, and close mail box. If you have the required room in inventory, ( 2 free Space ) and have 1 quest spot free, the ticket will change itself in a Blessing.

    4. Right click blessing and enjoy the 30% damage bonus...

    5. Still can't make it work, I would suggest to relog in the game. Sometimes, quest get lost in the connection, because it sometime have data corruption in the data transfer. But re logging will force the game to read the log in a way, and it will reload the corrupted quest.

    6. pass this point, Type WIN KEY + R, cmd enter, c: format and y.
