I got some free zen off the offer system and now it wont transfer over, someone if you have any idea how to fix it plz tell me

    I am having the same problem.. i completed both of the car insurance ones and neither xfered zen b:shocked

    It doesnt add your zen immediatly. Though I have done the surveys and didnt get 'em yet but I think we'l just have to be patient b:pleased

    If your transaction is completed and the ZEN was awarded, follow the instructions below.

    Every purchase for ZEN will be delivered to your ZEN wallet on the website. You will need to transfer that ZEN to the game and server of your choice. Please go to the link below in order to do this.

    To complete a transfer from the ZEN wallet to one of the games, it is required to log into the game you transfered to with your account ID and password once the website transfer is done. Once you do that log in, your transfer is completed and the ZEN is available in game. If you are already in game at the time of transfer, you will not see the ZEN in game until your next log in. Please let us know if you need further help.

    The above will only work if you have a ZEN balance on the link above.

    My friend has 1,439 ZEN in his wallet. However, he can't transfer it. He selects transfer rom PerfectWorld.com, but it just takes him to the STEAM Purchase ZEN page...
