When will you learn? (Yes, Duke)

It's a simple question, and as a paying costumer I think I should be entitled to a simple answer. A vast majority have spoken their anger over system spamming in the past and still you insist on unleashing Duke upon us once again. Why? What are your motives? Surely this can't be "by popular demand"?

I read in another thread regarding the subject that you reduced the amount of items highlighted by Duke and that it'll be nowhere near as annoying as before, yet you leave the most common reward (Token of Best Luck) be? The "comforting" input in that thread on the GM's behalf was laughable at best.

Bottom of the line: my faction chat, counting the last 5 minutes, has been one big cluster**** of Duke shouts. How is that not ruining my gameplay experience..?
