I got 2 Tiger Packs and I've only received my random prize for one of them. Can I have a GM pm me or help me with my problem. It's been more than a few minutes.

    Have you tried relogging? And I do mean restarting the whole client for that. if it still doesn't show up please send a ticket to Customer Support.

    full quest log possiblity too b:surrender idk what u can do in 5mins

    You should have informed him to screen shot chat cause now they will just say its his fault.

    full quest log will not let you open the item.
    If you are embraced while opening it will not complete, the quest will show in your list until you relog, this happens with quests which auto complete after a set time, and any sort of pack (lucky star, MQ, tiger pack, cube pack ect)
    relog should fix the issue if that is what it is
