I sent four items to my alt character, where are they?

I have waited over an hour and i have paid over 15 gold for these items so i would REALLY not appreciate them going "missing"

It has been 2 hours now, coming up to 3. So where are they?

    Takes 1 hour for mail delivery when there is an item in it. I hope you copy and pasted the name and not given someone some free stuffs.

    Always check if u have lock on for more than an hour

    I tested it.. I tried my other name using alternate spelling, tried sending something to it, says it doesn't exist.

    Yet when i try to create that name it says it does.

    Well looks like you need to fill out a ticket, and they will promptly check your logs 1 month after complaining and opening multiple tickets b:chuckle

    Would reiterate what others have said regarding the exact spelling of the name (case sensitive) being used.

    You could try sending a ticket regarding this matter to Support but unsure what your chances would be of recovering the items if indeed it was sent to the wrong character.

    Well, in my experience of the mailing system, if you mail an item to a character using their exact name (case sensitive), the item reaches them in the alloted time.

    With the information you have provided, if your character has not received said items after the alloted time has past, what other possibilities are there?

    As the name has to be written perfectly or else it is bye bye items. They are not sent back if the recipient is not found.
    I wonder how people with characters who have fancy names (with doodles or an insane number of Xs in it) or their friends/acquaintances manage with that.

    It's quite a sad thing, really.

    Besides this annoying system requirement, it never failed on me. I sent countless items to my alts (before I bought an account stash stone) and I always received them successfully after.
    Maintenance time. Please choose a line:
    - When is it over? OMG I need my fix!! *super spazzing*
    - Fix the damn bugs, dammit! I'm so angry! I'll quit!!
    - New codes out there? I like free stuff~ *wink*
    - When will we get new content? QQ
    - Will we get sales? I got a ton of gold to spend.

    The L spelt with a capital I BUT when i tried/ try to send stuff it says user does not exist so wouldn't let me send it any way.

    i quit mailing my alts stuff when the 500 coin/mail fee got to be too annoying. then having them "meet up" to drop - relog - pickup quickly became even more annoying. the account stash stone i bought just yesterday made itself worthwhile instantly.

    but yes, misspell a name in sending mail and the best you can hope for is the mail doesn't go. (i think that's what happens if the name you typed just doesn't exist.) more likely, given the name crowding in this game, you give some stranger a freebie.

    i don't know if it's possible to copy and paste player names in-game. if it is, how do i do it?

    All I would say is that none of us here are trying to propose excuses.

    We are just suggesting as to what might have happened.

    In any event, contact support in order to try to recover your items.

    EVERY company has a phone number and i WILL find theirs. Done it before i'll do it again.
