RP - Universal Destruction PW Style

Ok basic story line (Bare with the crappy style <.<.....I really don't like posting these things):
Three Years Ago:
"Marcus! It's time, power up the machine!" a tall man said.
"Right away!" Marcus replied.
The machine began to power up, loud screeches could be heard all over the 50 mile wide area. "Powering Up started, 20% done." Another man said.
"50%!" The man shouted again.
"80%!!" He shouted once more.
"100%!!!!" He shouted over the machines loud noises.
"Fire it!" the tall man said to marcus.
"Yes sir!" Marcus replied as he pressed the "fire" button. The machine stopped screeching and whirling for a mere second before a mile wide ion blast fired out from the top of the machine and the men lost the roof of the building they were in.
"Marcus! Status!!!" the tall man yelled.
"Overload, Sir! Run for it!!!!" Marcus shouted as he threw off a small headset he had on and dashed out of the building. The other two men followed suite.
As the three men were almost out of the area, the building exploded into a mushroom cloud. This caused a Universal Wide destruction of life. It seemed like god had deemed it time for man to end.
But! There were a few survivors.
Current Day:
The majority of planets are without any style of ozone, life, or inhabitants. This is where the survivors now can take pride in all the free items they can get to make whatever they need to survive in this current day.

Ok, simple terms:
Man tried to discover what would happen on a large anti dark matter vs dark matter scale.
Catastrophic results of a Universal Destruction happened.
Only a few survivors (Number about 100 total, so when this number is hit all future applications will be put in reserve for a future RP continuation of this).
Basic Goal?
Survive until the hand's of God appear in the Universe and reistablish life to a single planet, to which all will then race there to live once more. (First ten to the planet will be considered new leaders, the next 3 after that are the vice-leader, and all others are free to move as they please, but when a leader decides something it's the truth. Vice-leaders are only able to enforce the leader rules, and dispense discipline.)
Any Rules?
No god-mod (Basically meaning, you can't take over the RP or try to act like a "god" (nothing hurts you, nothing can touch you, etc.))
Stick to character personality as best as you can.
Character Skeletons are free to be made as you please.
Only things that are required in the skeletons are:
- Rank: (Don't place anything here until the God's hands appear)
- Power: (Limited to only one or two please)
Anything else is up to you.

Gender: Male
Race: He's not saying. At least, not yet.
Rank:
Status: Perfectly Healthy
Description: A tall man, he normally wears a very large cloak that covers his entire body. He does this because under the cloak, his body is half-humanoid, half-avian. His arms are wings with small, atrophied fingers coming out of them, and his feet are those of an eagle. His eyes shine yellow, and much of his body is covered by small brown feathers. He doesn't have a beak, but his mouth seems stiff at times.
Personality: At first, he is cold and distant to those he doesn't know. But, once you actually get to know the guy, he is actually quite kind and friendly. But, no matter who he is with, he is reserved, calm, and quiet. He is slow to anger, but when he is, he can be fierce, and highly aggressive. He isn't a warrior by nature, and never seeks to start a fight himself, but he can be a dangerous opponent if provoked.
Abilities: Hailing from a world where 'magic' was still in common use, Ural has the abilities to reflect this. He can control the elements of wind and water, to a somewhat limited extent. His ability over air is the more developed of the two elements though, since he often uses this power to make up for his hands, which are largely immobile and can only be used to hold larger object. He can't create anything, but he can alter what already exists. Although he isn't what most consider powerful, he can be creative in how he uses what he has, and is very good at using small amounts of force (or elemental power in this case) to produce large effects. In addition to his magic, he also has very sharp talons on his feet, extremely keen eyesight and hearing, as well as the ability to fly.

-- Clothing: Normally wearing a long cloak around his whole body, but this is only because he likes cloaks and how thye look on him. Under the cloak he will normally wear a tank top and a pair of blue jeans. He can usually be found wearing fingerless gloves also.
Race: Spirit
Personality: Cold to most people he doesn't know. He is usually a strong silent type, but when he speaks it is usually very helpful and can prove to be most unnerving because of his deep voice. When he begins to learn more about people he warms up to them and can become very talkative, or remain as a strong silent type depending on the other persons personality.
Past: Nothing is known about him, but there is a mysterious feeling that always soothes out of his body.
Powers: A chi master with around 500 sextants of chi storage, and a some control over the element of fire. Combining these two he has learned how to use fire chi blasts and other techniques that are impossible to some people.0 -

Ok, well, this is different. We've had rp's here before (3, as far as I know, but one of them was a restart of a previous one. So does that count as 2?), but never a sci-fi setting like this one. Guess it's interesting to see what people here will do with something completely unrelated to PWI's fantasy world. Oh well. I'm assuming that the character's don't have to be humans from Earth? Seeing as this is "Universal" and all, I just kinda guessed that human's aren't the only beings in the Universe. So, here's an rp char that I've been thinking of. Never got the chance to use the guy, since I'm not part of an rp forum:

Yeah, I work very well using Science Fiction and a few other Genre's for RP's.
Also, as you said, since this is a Universal type RP you can have any type of character your wish, just as long as it respects the few rules I listed ^_^.
So for your character I will approve it. I love how you explained the powers Ural has, this makes it easier for people to understand how Ural uses his powers in a few ways, while also giving him an edge against some ^.^0 -

There are a few things I'd like to say though, so I hope you're not averse to some constructive criticism. First of all, since I'm sure you know you're probably not going to get anywhere close to 100 people here, you might want to try a dedicated RP forum to use for this one. Just let me know which one if you do, and I'll be one of the first there with this char. b:pleased I'd also like to point out the number of rulers you have set. I feel that reversing the amount of rulers and sub rulers would be better, since you do need more people to enforce a law than you do to make one. That one is just my opinion though, so if you think everything's good as is, then I'll have no major problems with it.
Other than that: COME ON PEOPLE! SIGN UP AND LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED! WOOOO![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

So I decided i'd do this one for PW people and see how they do.

Location: Desert Planet
Time: 6-21-??/6:29
Ares could be seen walking across the top of a sand dune, around 100 ft into the air. He paused for a moment and looked out around him. "600 Meters to the south, small town...." He said to himself as he looked around. After he finished viewing his surroundings he jumped into the air slightly and then slide down the sand dune.
"695 meters." He said as he reached the bottom of the sand dune, and continued to walk onward.
After walking for what seemed to be about an hour, he looked around him once more. ....He could feel a presence, like somebody was near him, watching his every move. To Ares it seemed nothing more then a simple assassin, nothing uncommon to him. "I wonder how long it'll take for him to make his move....." ares said to himself with a small smirk as he continued walking onward to the small town. Now it was within range of his eye sight.
"Wonder if they have a mug to drink...." He thought to himself as he entered the towns perimeter.
It was then he heard sudden gun fire all around him, and being his natural response, he used the Cry of the Phoenix. It caused all of the bullets anywhere near him to curve and embed themselves into the sand or something else.
"Who is there!!" Ares yelled as he felt the previous presence increase to a bloodlust.0 -

OOC: Aww.b:sad We need people. And you know we're not going to get 100 here. I guess that was just the ideal number for the scenario. Doesn't mean we need 100 to play. Guess I'll start here then, since we already have the first post.
IC: Ural walked down the cold metal corridor of the ship he had bought passage on. The rhythmic clink of his feet on metal drew looks from the few crew members, since, as far as they knew, he wasn't wearing shoes that would allow him to make such noise. He ignored them and went to one of the viewports scattered around the ship. The large expanse of desert unfurled beneath them, like a ocean of gold. The captains voice echoed through the ship via the intercom system. "We'll be landing in ten minutes. Everyone get ready, and make sure you have your desert gear on. Don't want anyone lost in this hell-hole of a planet." Such a cheery fellow. Ural thought. He didn't really need any special protective gear, since he would just shield himself with wind, so he just sat down and got ready for the landing process.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
