Moving Char to another account?

Hello,

recently i bought a second computer, since me and my brother been sharing it before. Back then we didnt think of it properly (actually him...he just wanted to try and liked it...), we used both same account, just different chars.

My question is, is there any Chance to move his char to his own personal account? He would start over but he got recently a Herc....which is totally waste of real money now since he its not tradeable. I dont like venos...>.< so i really dont want to play it...any solution?
