Crazy Stone Help

I'm trying to do the Crazy Stone Quest and I need to get: 1 Shabby Alabaster Shard, 1 Shabby Aquamarine Shard, 1 Shabby Ruby Shard, 1 Shabby Amethyst Shard, 1 Shabby Topaz Shard to complete the Element Power part of the quest. Only problem is, I have no idea where to get these. Is there a merchant who sells them, or any other way to get them?
