Question about ressurection in BH's

So I was in a squad for doing BH51 and then we wiped. I had to go so i logged out. This morning i logged back in and found myself still dead in the BH. I called over a faction buddy and had him come res me. Except that although we could see each other's dots on the minimap, he could not see me and i could not see him. Nor could he click on me to res me.

Is this how it is or am i just unlucky?

    After four hours, the instance resets, but countdown timers don't activate when you're dead. Thus, your dead body was stuck in an instance that had expired.

    When you invited him, he went into a different instance of that dungeon, and thus cannot reach you.

    I beleive the not being able to see the dead body is a glitch. A few times I went to go rez my friends who were questing, and I was unable to see them. Nor could I rez them, even though I clicked on their name in the squad panel I was not able to rez them.
